Wedding Photography at the Hillsborough County Courthouse in Tampa

After their Tampa courthouse wedding, Mengyu and Jae introduced me to Davis Island Beach.

In the spring, I partnered with these two lovebirds to capture their Hillsborough County courthouse wedding in downtown Tampa.

My couples and I usually go on a photo adventure in the nearby downtown area, but Jae’s med school mentor has a beautiful home nearby and offered his boat dock as a place for us to start with photos.

After that, we headed to Davis Island Beach to finish things off. I had never heard of it but it’s a quirky little area off the beaten path. There’s even a weird little Dr. Seuss tree right there on the beach.

The light was soft and creamy that day and I think the photos I got right at the end are pretty stunning if I do say so myself! I’m very proud of this gallery and so grateful that Mengyu and Jae invited me to capture their special day.
