Kirsty and Mark are a couple from the UK who got married at the Orange County Courthouse during their Orlando holiday.

I love my UK couples! So it’s very fortunate for me that I have so many of them who decide to get married at the Orange County Courthouse while they roll through for their Orlando Disney holidays.

Kirsty and Mark booked me ages ago and we connected on Instagram so it felt a bit like seeing a friend I already knew when I finally got to meet them in person outside the courthouse.

They had the first appointment of the day and for the first time in my 200+ courthouse weddings, there were no other people in the waiting area which was so weird and also really great to get those shots of them without random people in the background. Don’t worry though, when there are random strangers I make sure they’re blurry and I remove them when I can.

Anyway, after their ceremony we did those iconic elevator shots that everyone seems to love so much and then went on the rooftop (which people also seem to love so much!) to spray champagne and play around in the Florida sunshine.

One of my biggest tips for UK couples is that you won’t be used to the brightness of our sun so please consider that and bring cool sunglasses that match the vibe you’re going for! I also have a ton of fun sunglass options in my trunk (boot) so remind me if you want to go through those and find a pair!

In all, I think this was a very successful courthouse wedding and I’m so grateful to Kirsty and Mark for inviting me along!
