Cynthia and Matthew were married with their nearest and dearest in attendance at Paddlefish Restaurant in Disney Springs.

Cynthia and Matthew are one of the many couples who have found me thanks to TikTok and all the blabbing I do on there about elopements, courthouse and micro weddings in Central Florida. One of the locations I write about the most on this website is Disney Springs.

When I asked Cynthia why they chose me as their photographer, she said, “I loved the TikTok you made with a couple at Paddlefish. You really captured their wedding in a beautiful way. You also seemed very knowledgeable of good picture locations all around the area”.

Disney Springs is an excellent option for a Disney wedding on a budget. There are a few locations there that can host you, the two most popular being Paddlefish Restaurant and Summerhouse. I’ve only worked with couples at Paddlefish so far, but Summerhouse is a very beautiful location if you can swing their pricing. The most affordable of the options is definitely going to be Paddlefish.

Cynthia and Matthew were married by Catherine aka “The Ginger Officiant”. We share so many couples and run into each other so often that it just feels like a running joke now and I’m never surprised when I show up and she’s there. She’s very popular and people love her!

So, after their ceremony, we adventured around Disney Springs taking photos in some of my most popularly requested spots and a few new ones. It’s really such a dream working there because no one is upset that we’re taking photos and no one bothers us. The cast members are all supportive and helpful and happy to have us there which you don’t always find as a photographer working in public spaces. It can be fraught, to say the least.
