India and Ryan are a couple who had an Orlando courthouse wedding photo shoot with a ’58 Ford Fairlane 500 to match their mid-century vibes.

I have many couples from the UK who add photo sessions with me to their Orlando Disney Holiday plans. Some get married during their session and some, like India and Ryan, do the session because they didn’t have one when they got married 2 years ago.

They wanted to celebrate their marriage with their adorable kiddos in tow by having a session at the Orange County Courthouse and surrounding downtown Orlando area.

We started by shooting in front of the courthouse, then adventuring around the downtown area while waiting for the car they rented to arrive.

It was HOT this day with a heat index of 105* and we had 2 hours booked, ending on a rooftop so we spent the first hour in shade as much as possible, hitting some spots I know are a sure thing for shade and breeze.

After working out all the nerves that come at the beginning of a session, we ended with the best scene of the shoot—the car scene. They chose a 1958 Ford Fairlane from JC Specialty Rentals who appear to have an incredible inventory of classic cars for photo shoots in the Orlando area. From what I can tell, it’s about $200 to rent for an hour and totally worth it. The guy drove it up for us, hung around while we worked and then took it right back. Easiest experience so far getting a car for a photo shoot.
