Julissa and Brandon had a beautiful joy-filled micro wedding with their nearest and dearest in Lake Helen, Florida

Every micro wedding I’ve done has been completely unique. They almost never have wedding planners and are almost always pulled together through the teamwork and ingenuity of the couple’s friends and family.

Something they did which I’d love to see more of is a first touch. This is where the couple doesn’t see each other, but rather touches hands and shares private vows before the ceremony. This is a great compromise for couples who want something intimate and private beforehand but don’t want to see each other until the walk down the aisle. I love it—more please!

I really love these homegrown weddings and being involved makes me feel all warm and cozy inside. Thank you for having me, Julissa and Brandon.
