Like most couples Natalie & Karl booked me nearly a year before their wedding so when I knew there was an outdoors summer wedding in my future, I was stoked for summer 2015. And last month, it happened. And it was perfect.

Natalie got ready at HNB Salon which added a high energy dynamic to the day. Lots of people buzzing around. The lighting and natural light there is beautiful, too, which adds something great to the photos. It’s a super luxurious place if you ever get the chance to go there.

Mark covered Karl and his guys getting ready at the family home. Reports are that all was pretty chilled until some of his buds showed up with cake and brought the party with them!

Natalie & Karl had their wedding all in one venue at Purbeck Valley Farm House. Personally, I adore this option. Everything being in one place makes the whole day feel so relaxed.

While Natalie arrived in her car at the front of the house, Karl waited with his guys on a grassy hill. This wedding will go down in history as having the most epic clouds. They almost look like a painting in the background.

In the UK, couples getting married outdoors are required to do the legal bit under a licensed covering and Purbeck has this so they became husband and wife in the warm summer breeze. The sunshine was incredible and comes through in the photos of their day.

The best bit of the day for me is getting to take my couples away for a while for photos alone. The Dorset coast is a most perfect place to get married. We walked off the beaten path and found a perfect place to capture them for their first time alone as husband and wife.
