Bright and Airy Harry P. Leu Gardens Elopement

This session was shot by GMP founder and Principal Photographer Elizabeth Millar who also officiated their marriage ceremony

Jaime and Sebastian had me marry and photograph them at high noon in May at Harry P. Leu Gardens in Orlando

Jaime had a very specific vision for the aesthetic of her and Sebastian’s elopement. She likes bright, soft pastels and glowy, dreamy Disney Princess vibes. Her Pinterest was great at communicating exactly what she dreamed of for their wedding.

I met Jaime, Sebastian, and their family at the front entrance for Leu Gardens. They’re very easy to work with and allow photography on the grounds as long as participants have paid the $15 entrance fee. This makes it a location that my couples request over and over again.

It was very hot in the mid 90s and high noon with relentless sunlight. Nonetheless, I married them quickly in the rose garden and did family photos before spending time with just the two of them doing photos for about an hour.

They were incredible sports about the heat (Floridians are just built that way!) and we got some excellent images and I think capture the spirit they were hoping for.

After their elopement, they had a tea party wedding reception at The Tea Room Experience in the Thornton Park district of downtown Orlando and you can find those photos here.
