Gary & Ally are a British-American couple who invited me to capture their wedding at golden hour at the Osceola County Courthouse in downtown Kissimmee.

I sure do love the Osceola County Courthouse. And at golden hour? Goodness me 🥰

I recently posted a series of reviews featuring the different courthouses of Central Florida. The intention behind these videos is to help couples who are undecided choose the right courthouse for them. Gary & Ally decided that this was the courthouse for them so I met them just before the last hour of light to capture their ceremony, family groups, and Mr/Mrs photo session.

They decided to work with me because, as Gary put it, “We could see the comfort on the couples faces through your images. So often in our search for a photographer we found cold, boring images of couples, we could tell you knew when and where to direct couples for the perfect shot.”

Gary is from the UK and Ally from Florida. They met on Hinge (like many’a modern romance in today’s world) and instantly knew there was a spark. After multiple trips overseas to visit each other, and spending time with one another families, the time came where we no longer wanted to be 4000+ miles apart and only have contact through a screen.

They decided that there is no time like the present, and after Gary got Ally’s parents blessing, they looked into our options and chose to spend eternity together and decided that running away to the courthouse was the right choice for them!

When it came to deciding which courthouse was right for them, they went with Osceola County in downtown Kissimmee for the architecture of the old courthouse and they liked the true brick red of the historic building (which is Florida’s oldest courthouse!)
