Moniqua and Jon put a ring on it with their nearest and dearest at the Orange County Courthouse in downtown Orlando.
Getting married at the courthouse doesn’t mean you need to let go of wedding rituals like the first look. Many of my courthouse couples arrive separately and make a little moment out of seeing each other for the first time before heading inside to get married. This is absolutely something I can help choreograph as part of our time together.

Jon waited in the wings of the courthouse with their son while Moniqua arrived separately so they could have a first look. I took family photos with everyone who was there waiting and generally hung back to capture candid moments of people arriving and greeting each other.

After they had their first look moment we headed inside where Moniqua and Jon got married by the clerks. They wanted to do some inside photos in the courthouse—the elevator is a fave of many couples!
I spent a lot of time capturing their large happy family all together before spending the rest of the time with just Jon and Moniqua to end things on a romantic note.

Thank you so much for having me, Jon and Moniqua, it was a blast!
