Conga invited me back to shoot their tech conference photography at Hyatt Regency Orlando for their event Conga Connect 2025 which is a customer conference they host annually.
While the majority of the work you see from me on this site is for couples and weddings, I also LOVE shooting live events. I live for the fast paced and sometimes chaotic nature of large corporate events. Time and time again, I hear that the photography I deliver is the best they’ve ever had or that I’m the only photographer they’ve found who can capture the energy in a way they can use to promote future events.

For this event, my associate photographer Jennifer and I covered keynotes on the main stage, talks in the breakout rooms, activity in the expo hall and all the energy and connection happening in the common spaces.
This event was particularly crucial because they had just onboarded new CEO Dave Osborne and this was his first event. So, they especially needed images of him to begin building out their stock library.

We delivered rush on-site edits so images could be used throughout the event and my favorite use of these images was for the walk-on graphics to show behind the CEO as he gave closing remarks at the end of the conference.

The images behind him were shot throughout the 2 days where the specific directive was that they needed images of him interacting with the people and getting in the thick of things with company employees and stakeholders. I think this was a really effective use of these images and I get such a thrill seeing my work being used in this way. A couple of those were shots by my second shooter Jennifer and I was also thrilled for her because she did an amazing job supporting me in capturing what ended up being a gallery of nearly 500 final edits.

During the women in tech luncheon, there was a keynote by speaker Jenny Wood author of Wild Courage.

The final keynote was from speaker Erica Dhawan speaking on digital body language. It was probably the most relatable and useful corporate keynote I’ve ever heard and goodness knows I’ve heard many of them in my time working at these events!
Thanks so much to Conga for having me again and looking forward to May 2026!
