Kayleigh and Anthony decided to celebrate their 5th wedding anniversary with a romantic photo shoot at The Citrus Club in downtown Orlando.
Wow. These two had a lot of bumps on the road to these final photos. First, the venue that agreed to let us shoot there backed out of the agreement. That was meant to be a hotel vibe inspired by this wedding session I did at that same location.
Next, we were thwarted by a hurricane (Milton, I think?) and had to change the date.
But, as the universe often does, everything was orchestrated to happen just as it did because we ended up shooting at The Citrus Club which is an exclusive business club and event space on the 18th floor of the CNA tower. The photos were spot-on to mirror the inspiration board that Kayleigh made on Pinterest. In fact, they were so spot-on that she mentioned it in her Google review:
While we got to use The Citrus Club for free because Kayleigh works in the building, this is a location available for a fee for others wanting to do something similar there and I highly recommend it because the decor, the natural light, the colors…it’s flawless. Not to mention it smells like a luxury hotel and you’ll wish you could bottle that smell for your own home. Oh, AND, you know how much I love a good parking garage. Theirs is very cool.
But wait, there’s more! The CNS Tower where the Citrus Club is located is next to the Grand Bohemian Hotel and Orlando City Hall both of which are beautiful exteriors for photos, especially during that last hour before sunset when we were doing the last few shots.
Thank you so much for having me, Kayleigh and Anthony. It was a (very fancy) blast.
