Nancy and Andy had a bright and joyful spring micro wedding at the Maitland Art & History Center, a location where I’ve done many’a micro wedding.

I absolutely love the Maitland A&H Center as an Orlando micro wedding venue. It’s got all of the things a couple could want—nature, stunning light at all times, different areas to choose from, and unique and interesting architecture.

Nancy and Andy chose it as the venue for their April micro wedding. On what may very well have been that last cool and stunning day of 2024, they had me there to capture it all for the 2 hours leading up to golden hour.

They chose me because they saw something in my work that made them feel that I I could understand their vision for simplicity and candidness. Thus, we didn’t do as many posed portraits as I might usually do and favored lots of time with me hanging back to capture them with their nearest and dearest.
