Tailar and Jeff’s elopement at Horsepower Ranch was so dreamy

Wowie. I just finished editing this session and I’m doing something I rarely do—pushing it straight to the front of the line for sharing with you all.

This was my first time working with a couple at Horsepower Ranch and while it’s a venue usually used for weddings, it was also perfect for Tailar and Jeff’s private elopement. We spent 2 hours there where I married them in a nano ceremony with just them and their fur baby and then spent 2 hours taking photos around the property, in the woods with broken down cars, and—the highlight—with Fancy, their Clydesdale.

I’ve never been next to a Clydesdale in real life and my goodness…that’s a BIG animal. I feel like the photos don’t do justice to how big she really was. She was both patient with us and excellent on camera. Her handler, Genesis, was great at getting her in place and posing.

Fancy is just one of the many animals at Horsepower Ranch that you can reserve for your photo session or wedding. But wait, there’s more! They have a huge collection of immaculate classic cars and trucks that you can also take photos with.

Tailar and Jeff didn’t reserve any of the trucks or muscle cars for their photo session but we were able to get photos with the broken down cars dotted around the property including that rad red truck in the field behind their horse photos.

This is a truly magical location less than an hour from Orlando and I hope to work there many more times. Thank you for having me, Tailar and Jeff, it was a great ride!
