Energetic Hillsborough County Courthouse wedding in Tampa

Crystal & Steve’s Hillsborough County Courthouse wedding was the 100th courthouse wedding I’ve done since 2018. As I write this, it’s 2026 and I’ve done over 300 weddings in the courthouses of Central Florida.

Crystal found me at the last minute (thanks, Google!) and luckily we were able to connect and make it happen for their Hillsborough County Courthouse wedding in downtown Tampa. They traveled to Florida for a break from the winter and a family elopement to remember.

They rocked up with their crew of sons and I made sure to capture the family together a lot. 2 birds. 1 stone. It was a beautiful evening in downtown Tampa as we neared the golden hour at the end of our time together. I always recommend that couples choose the latest appointment of the day to get that juicy light.

We did a champagne spray shot and their youngest, Finn, was convinced he could also pull one off so we let him do the second bottle at the end of the session. I think he nailed it!
