New location alert! I married Anna and Daniel at Blue Jacket Park with furbaby Archie by their side

I got licensed to marry couples on a whim because I thought it might come in handy someday. Turns out, lots of people find it handy and in these first 10 months, I’ve married 13 couples!

Anna & Daniel are the sweetest couple. So very much in love. I met them at Blue Jacket Park in Baldwin Park to marry and photograph them at sunrise. I had 3 weddings that day and this was the best way I could have started that very busy day.

I rarely allow myself to get 3 bookings in a day, but sometimes it’s unavoidable and I’m not complaining! I’m very fortunate as a photographer to not be a starving artist and I owe everything to the people who trust me with their precious moments.

Getting to shoot in a new location can be so invigorating to me creatively and Blue Jacket Park is a stunning place that I hope to work at frequently. I’ve had a few clients see these photos and decide on this as a location for their photos.

Daniel & Anna met on Tinder when he “super liked” her. They met in person on NYE and the rest, as they say, is history! They got their first furbaby together and he got dressed in his Sunday best to be the star of the show. You cannot convince me that he’s not literally smiling in these pictures.

After this, I headed to the courthouse to meet another couple and was pleasantly surprised to see Anna & Daniel again as they came in to drop off their marriage license! It was such a beautiful day and I’m glad we have these photos that we can all look at to re-live that beautiful fresh morning.
