I married Estephanie and Juan and then did a killer photo session while Elijah filmed for their video.
Yes, I know…another parking garage session? I can’t help myself! They’re bright, wide open spaces that trap the light all while featuring the city skyline. So it’s the city, but it’s private. Where else can you capture such a vibe?
Parking lot sessions are particularly warranted when you want to be photographed with a hot car. Some couples get married with their fur babies nearby, and some get married with their brat-summer-green BMW M3 (the editing makes it look a bit yellow).
First, I married these two in a super quick and simple ceremony before I legalized their paperwork and we began their photo session. We were thwarted by a security guard who claimed photography isn’t allowed which is so sad because I’ve been taking couples there for 6 years without issues. I’m working to get in touch with the property owners to seek permission for the future so watch this space.
After getting kicked out there, I headed to my most-frequented garage rooftop for the remainder of their session featuring a champagne spray, impromptu picnic (with a cake by Nemi’s Sweet Treats in Davenport), and SO. MUCH. STUNNING. LIGHT.
